How to Cancel or Request Changes: Send an email to Info@AirportCanaveral.com with your reservation name or booking ID. Phone calls, chats, or social media messages are not accepted for cancellations.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

• Refund BEFORE 72 Hours: Eligible for a 100% Refund.
• Refund WITHIN 72 Hours: Eligible for a Future Travel Credit.

Refund Upgrade Policy:

• If you purchased the Refund Upgrade, you are eligible for a 100% refund (minus the actual fee for the refund upgrade purchase itself) for cancellations made through the first day of your reservation.

• Hotel departures: Be in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shuttle time, with your entire party and all luggage ready.
• Shared shuttle timing: On busy port or traffic days, expect possible wait times as we coordinate multiple pickups and ship schedules.
• Luggage guidance: Keep your bags with you at all times and label them with your name and cruise details. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen luggage.
• Communication: Watch your email and phone for any schedule updates. If you’re delayed, email Info@AirportCanaveral.com as soon as possible—accommodations depend on availability.
• Conduct and safety: Follow driver and staff instructions at all times. No smoking or vaping on vehicles.
